THE HALL

Presented during Antwerp Design Week and Antwerp Fashion Festival, The Hall is a collective exhibition hosted by AIM  & Yoko Choy at 12Antwerp, the practice’s European headquarters and cultural platform, bringing together designers, artists, makers, and cultural voices across disciplines and geographies.

 

Conceived as an immersive and fragmented landscape, the exhibition brings together furniture, fashion, jewellery, textiles, collectible design, sculpture, and experimental works into a single spatial conversation, where objects become carriers of identity, ideology, craftsmanship, and speculation.

 

Rather than separating disciplines, The Hall embraces friction, density, and unexpected proximity. A chair may confront a sculpture. A fashion piece may behave like architecture.

 

More than a traditional exhibition, The Hall exists somewhere between installation, salon, cultural forum, and social experiment.
