Welcome to the Kolveniershof, a unique event space in the heart of Antwerp, right next to the Rubens House. This was once the place where Rubens welcomed Antwerp’s elite for celebrations and banquets. Today, it has been reimagined as a venue where you can create your business point or discover point.

The Leienpaleis is a rare Antwerp heritage gem, built between 1870 and 1873 by architect Lieven Van Opstal. Nearly entirely preserved in its original state, the residence still reveals its marble entrance. Across roughly 150 square meters and five distinct rooms, The Leienpaleis offers an authentic and refined setting.

Our studio, located at Mechelseplein 27, features a charming storefront on the left and our office/studio on the right, both spaces could provide an inspiring setting for a designer during ADW.

Nobody&Friends is located just 100 meters from the KMSKA, in the vibrant Zuid district of Antwerp. The available space covers 90 m², and the selection of paintings on the walls is determined in consultation to ensure a perfect match with your design brand.

This location has a raw, alternative edge. With the vibrant Kloosterstraat just around the corner, it’s the ideal spot.
